PaperCut Print Deploy for faculty and staff is a replacement for the Micro Focus iPrint software we have used for several years. All printers on the Deerfield campus are now available to add using the new Print Deploy software. A print option for students is provided at the bottom of this page.

The new copiers will be available to add to your computer shortly after they are moved to their destination buildings and connected to the network. At the moment, only the Lew Canon copier is available to add.
1. Download and Run PaperCut Print Deploy for Windows - Clicking the link will download the file to your computer
2. Log into Print Deploy using your TIU network credentials & Select the printers you would like to install.
3. For future printer additions, click on the Print Deploy icon then click View my printers.
4. Click the Add printers button then click on a green Install button.

How much does the school pay for printing?
High Volume Canon MFP copiers: B&W $0.00425/page, Color $0.0425/page
All Other Printers: B&W $0.01/page, Color $0.08/page
Can I print to printers here on campus from home?
Sorry but printing is only available while connected to the local network, via WiFi or Ethernet.
